There are multiple address along Avenida de Mayo, Avenida del Norte, and others, that continue to place trash out for pickup between Saturday and Tuesday when pickup is not until Wednesday and the policy states to place out after 5 or 6pm the evening prior to pickup day. Please enforce this and/or send out a community wide reminder. These are not all vacation properties, but local residents as well. Many of these and other properties also do not bring in the bins for days, which also has a guideline of I think 10am the day after pickup.
It's to the point it's so regular there are too many addresses to list, but the streets mentioned are not that long so it will be easy to identify. We should be able to have a nice looking neighborhood the majority of the week.

Yet another neighborhood short term rental, I see 1302 Roberts Bay Ln, Sarasota, FL 34242 has already been reported. Both of these houses have been renting weekly since July 4th. With a pandemic going on our neighborhood has been overrun with visitors. 5045 has new people from PA, and 1302 also with new people and look to have over 10, with multiple cars parked all over the property area.

There has already been a NOTICE OF VIOLATION previously issued within the last couple of years, at this OFFSTREET PARKING LOT, for this PROHIBITED vehicle storage. This violation is in need of revisiting the Special Magistrate for repeating the same offense within (5) years.

Junk, junk trailers, ditch weeds overgrown, junk on front and back lawn. fence not to code, trash all around property. Have been reporting this property and others for a year now. How many years does it take to clean up one property? There are ten more, ten years?

Outdoor storage in sw small lake area off Honore Ave. Outdoor storage is not allowed in GU district. UDC 124-124. Outdoor storage only allowed for boats, sculls, trailers incidental to permitted use. All other materials must be kept in completely enclosed building. Reported directly to code enforcement and planning and development services director which has not been acknowledged.

Back of lot overgrown. Flat bottom boat full of rainwater in back yard.

S&D submittal does not meet Land Development codes. No pedestrian or ADA paths connect from North Cattlemen Road as required to tower, or either trailer. Does not meet Land Develooment ordinance or ADA requirements.

Storage of RV’s, trailers with junk on them, junk all over yard and curb. This looks like a junk yard. Are they running a storage facility without permits from the County are they zonned to have storage. They need to clean up the yard as well this is ridiculous.

Drug house. Right down the street from a school. Children walk home and ride their bikes passing this house. Also. A van is parked on the property. People are living in it. Electric is hooked up to it from that house

This is #8 for short term rental in this property since FEBRUARY 28. Code enforcement and deed restrictions state 30 days in between rentals. The math of 8 rentals since FEBRUARY 28 doesn't compute. This is obviously an illegal business happening in a residential neighborhood that is NOT deeded for this.
