Rear Setback Violation - The new house moved to close the the rear area.

Something is being built in the very tiny backyard. Rebar and other supplies in yard; small earthmoving device was used. No permit that I could find on-line. Also, Setback requirements may be violated.

Shed partially built on property. Building permit says plans failed. Please have this owner remove this unsightly partially built shed that is a wind safety issue along with the other issues that the building department sited at this property (in August and September, 2021) and this shell of a not properly permitted shed is still there. Please address with this owner to have it removed or appropriately permitted. Can a building that fails permitting just sit there as a hazard?

Work being done almost everyday since September, no permits posted.

Complete rehab being done on house that was completely destroyed in a fire in summer of 2021. Owner already attempted to put on new roof without permit. Electrical, HVAC, plumbing and interior walls and masonry being replaced. There does not appear to be permits for any of the work.

illegal remodel the whole house since March-April without permit. Now I saw new people was coming in and out all the time, make noise in my little quiet town. I searched and found out they rebuilt it without Permit.

Unpermitted Work / Remodel - This single family home has been turned into a 2 bedroom separate unit Airbnb. Right now there are two short term rental people there and there has been weekly turn over for the last month. The home completed with unlicensed contractors. They replaced the Plumping system, HVAC system, Walls, Windows, Proof, Pool, Backyard, Aluminum Patio.
