Constructing a large shed/structure on this property without a permit.

This house is for rent and there has been unlicensed/unpermitted work done. Master bath renovation done with plumbing (single vanity converted to double and tub relocated and replaced) and electrical (vanity light removed and lit mirrors installed) Additional work done throughout the house. No building permit on file.

Carport sort of boarded starting of project not permitted and half done (not done well).

Major renovations to use previous leased office space into a full kitchen, bath rental apartment

Cut trusses in attic. Unable to identify permit in county database referencing this type of work.

House was just sold and they have done a complete demo and are now doing some major plumbing and electrical work through out house. I don't see any permits issued for this work

Roof over garage is collapsing

new seawall being built. No record of permit in county system

There is 11-12 foot white structure built/erected onto their side wall/ screened lanai, Building without a permit?

There are Pool/heat pumps, AC unit, and plantings within county easements, i.e', air conditioning units, cement slabs, pool equipment, Building or plantings for required landscape buffers shall not be permitted within any easement

Residents cut down a healthy tree without a permit in backyard as trimming, removal or planting of
trees and other vegetation without a permit found.
Residents feed their cat outside their yard and without a leash running at large.

Dogs and cats must remain within the
owner’s property, either fenced in or on
a leash per county code.
