The owner/property manager of this property is a slum lord. Refuses to fix issues with the property. There is a leak in the roof which has been tarped over with no fix. Been like this for at least 3-4 months. There are issues with the septic system which are jerry rigged to just get by instead of fixing them properly. There are enclosures to the front and in back of house that will be blown away with any good storm and were put up with no permits. Most property owners in this neighborhood take care of their property but this house makes the neighborhood look run down. Property owner needs to be fined.

This picture shows the lot behind the church with several piles of fill dirt. On the far North side one pile of dirt has been bulldozed into the beginnings of a new baseball field.
In checking with the country site, there have been no permits pulled for this work.
