This Code Enforcement Complaint has not been properly investigated and publicly recorded, nor have any County employees associated ever provided COMPLAINT SITE PHOTOS of this Gantt av. County road. That's now paved with reinforced concrete, more than 70 lineal feet of County roadway x 30 ft. wide.
This County road prior this unpermitted concrete. Was ONLY an asphalt paved County road. A citizen/eyewitness photoed this unpermitted work and the Planning and Develop. Director has disregarded the testimony and photos from the witness. Then he lied that a CLASS H driveway apron existed prior to the concrete pour.
A BIG FAT LIE BY A COUNTY EMPLOYEE.
Public Records has provided that in fact the FAKE/COUNTERFEIT Apron permit does not have the civil drawings or the other prior to any R.O.W. work commencing required procedures completed and submitted with that planted/FAKE Driveway Apron Permit. Of which, has absolutely no relevance towards the required to be applied for and reviewed for the CLASS D R.O.W. Roadway Permit required for the same concrete poured on both lanes of County Rd., Gantt av.. At the same pour for/ with the Driveway Apron. In the middle of the night hours...We have some serious corruption and crime occurring. When several associated County employees are violating F.S. 838.022, MISUSE OF PUBLIC OFFICE.
AND NOT A SINGLE COUNTY EMPLOYEE WILL BLOW THE WHISTLE...
When again, just days ago, 01-05-2022. LDS/Land and Development Services has altered my complaint description on/from the originally phoned in Feb.16, 2021 CE Complaint # 21 109230 00 11.
And they've now addressed/entered into this CE complaint's Status as: UNFOUNDED.
To make matters worse. I have repeatedly informed the County Administrator and he's ignoring this citizen/eyewitness testimony and the Public Records that support the associated County employees dirty work.

I don't see how SANCA is really wanting and trying to be in compliance when this goes back over 7 months and Mr. Osterhoudt met with SANCA in September and to date they are not able to submit the required information to the County. All citizens would like to be able to just do what they want with no repercussions as long as they SAY they really want to comply. Actions speak louder than words. SANCA is not going to get permits for the large blue shipping containers and the piles of outdoor storage as they have already been told they are not allowed but yet they want to be in compliance but WILL NOT remove those items that they have already been told will not be approved.

3613 Fenway Dr Sarasota Springs, FL, 34232, USA - Sarasota Springscommercial vehicles, one of three that may be there. They have been violating this everyday since they moved in a few months ago. Your codes people have been over there numerous times and they still park Dailey. This truck is there right now. The supervisors at the codes dept find the intent of the law "sketchy ", "hard to understand" and (ha ha) "must be written by lawyers" . The cancer of ignorance in the codes dept starts at the top, they must be removed and people that understand that other people want to live, at least, to the standard of the law. I have had 22 police officers and 3 county codes people here and the commercial vehicles are still here Dailey. Please remove ALL commercial vehicles, trailers, unregistered cars and boats in the middle of lawns. Oh yeah! There are some lawns that need to be mowed too. (lawns they issue paperwork for and say must be done is so many days, not junk cars?) Please clean up Sarasota Springs and make it a respectable place to live again.

2749 Feiffer Cir Sarasota, FL, 34235, USA - Kensington ParkHomeowners placed recyclable bin at curbside Friday night 12/31/21 prior to Sarasota County Ordinance, (no sooner than 5pm each Sunday). Bin is still there. They also left a nice mess of hazardous fireworks debris/waste on Sarasota County public road, further causing several public nuisances, and disrespecting Sarasota County property. Further, homeowner continues to park a Commercial Truck in a residential neighborhood against County Ordinance. Please help. Thank you.

5851 Nathan Benderson Cir Sarasota, FL, 34235, USA - Sarasota CountyAfter trying multiple times to get clarification from the County on when or if they intend to complete or have developer complete land development issues missing in the park I am told they are reviewing them with approved plans. They have been reviewing for several months. Engineer and Benderson were required to submit plans and certify that they met all land development regulations. Sarasota County is unwilling to ask Benderson to complete the park as agreed. No parking areas have canopy trees as required. Landscape Street buffer never installed along Cattlemen Road. Numerous ADA issues in the park. Missing sidewalks. Missing parking lot and pathways lighting. Missing parking lot striping and bumpers. Numerous areas missing ADA parking space. Those that do have no connectivity to bathroom or pathways. ETC ETC. County staff refuses to have Benderson complete the park as required by Land Development ordinance. Taxpayers are going to be on the hook for these issues. Why is staff looking the other way for Benderson?

4931 Oxford Dr Sarasota, FL, 34242, USA - Siesta KeyThe is house was rented four different times to unrelated groups from mid July 2020 to beginning of August by Siesta Key rentals https://siestakey.com/35144/ You can see in August its rented twice already within less than 30 days. The rental description says ~~1 month minimum in Season and 2 weeks out of Season~~ but they are renting it numerous times to different groups within 30 days. I have screen grabs of the rental website from last summer of rental dates of more than once a month and this year too for documentation as needed. The rental groups are often multi-family sometimes exceeding 8 , play loud music to the canal, the boat lift is broken so they park their boats in front of neighbors seawalls, we also have pics of that. Siesta Key rental is aware of the rules and likely the owners, but are disregarding.

We can no longer enjoy sitting on our patio because these renters like to live it up. The renters in there right now had there sound system turned up so loud yesterday that we could not sit outside on our lanai. We live within 100 feet and could still hear the music inside our house all day. The property is rented out 4 different times in June and 3 different times in July about half the renters that show up turn up the outside stereo way too loud, they should get rid of that stereo so that their neighbors can have some peace and quiet. To find it on AirBnB it rents for $225 a night and it's title is "Gulf Gate Home Near Siesta Key With Heated Pool". You have to search for a rental of 4 days or more in August. The other neighbors are also upset and will start complaining on See ClickFix
