The side walk has a raised edge and i fell the other night walking, got my head on sidewalk. Went to ER have facial contusions, wrists contusions, knee contusions. I am hoping my knees will be ok because i just had replacements earlier this year.

The sidewalk in front of the house has been heavily damaged from large utility and county trucks driving over them, creating a trip hazard. Also, in the same area but in the gutter portion, it has sunk considerately causing water to stand.

Gutter is cracked and sinking. Water cannot drain properly.

Raised area causing trip hazard.

The sidewalk along the south side of Fruitville road that runs along the Founder's Club subdivision has several trip hazards as a result of the oak trees root balls lifting the sidewalk segments. I personally have tripped on this and I suspect others may have tripped as well.

Additionally, there are several segments of the sidewalk in that area that do not meet the slope restrictions of the ADA causing not just trip hazards but also impairs the mobility of our handicapped citizens.

Approximately 35 feet of side walk is bowed and has become a significant tripping hazard. Contact Ed Carthew HOS President 859-321-5442.

One near a storm drain inlet has been previously marked with orange paint but never replaced.
