This property was purchased in February 2021. It was rented on February 28 (family with children. Rented a 2nd time around March 7 (group of approximately 10 young people who carried on every night till 3 AM). Rented a 3rd time on March 28. This group is from Illinois. Rented a 4th time around March 23-25 while a new roof was being added. This couple used filthy language while playing a corn hole game. CODE VIOLATION .

The grass hasn't been mowed in over 4 months.

Trash piled up outside dumpster area, blowing all over and dead beaches piled up on edge of same owners vacant lot a fire hazard.

Trash pickup is on Wednesday. It is currently 5:42 pm on Saturday. This trash can is still in the street. It has notification on it that it is too heavy for the garbage people to pick up. Yet the tenants/owner of this lovely home continue to add trash to this can. They are way beyond the allowable time to leave trash cans in the street. PLEASE NOTE THIS IS ON THE SOUTH SIDE OF THE HOUSE ON WASON ROAD.

There has already been a NOTICE OF VIOLATION previously issued within the last couple of years, at this OFFSTREET PARKING LOT, for this PROHIBITED vehicle storage. This violation is in need of revisiting the Special Magistrate for repeating the same offense within (5) years.

This is #8 for short term rental in this property since FEBRUARY 28. Code enforcement and deed restrictions state 30 days in between rentals. The math of 8 rentals since FEBRUARY 28 doesn't compute. This is obviously an illegal business happening in a residential neighborhood that is NOT deeded for this.

For rent sign has been in front of this residence for six months. This not a temporary real estate ‘for sale or lease sign’, but has become a permanent ugly rental sign in front of this house. This house also rents illegally every week.

Two weeks of trash in black bags piled in the street.

Illegal signs Whispering Sands has placed on property that according to the County Appraiser's sight, isn't even on their property.
