Ongoing issue with accumulation and storage of junk. This has been constant and pervasive despite previous efforts of the County for nuisance abatement. This property has been in this state for years and I along with other neighbors have made multiple complaints. Our concerns over the state of the fencing as well as materials around the property should a major storm or wind event occur effect potential for damages to our property. Likewise this I a quality of life issue also as this is an eyesore and presents a loss of property value for potential sales on our block. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

My property (2976 Englewood Rd) backs up to 1374 Manasota Beach Road. It is an abandoned home with the roof caved in. My tenants are reporting dead rats in and around their home. We suspect that they are coming from the abandoned home.

This construction material has been sitting on the lawn for possibly over a month now. They seem to be putting in a pool but don't think this wood has much to do with that?

Every time it rains more significantly my property gets flooded. The water gets inside the building too. All the water from the street comes into my yard from the front of the property. Also in the back there is a big parking lot that was asphalted without a permit recently, the level was riced considerably compared to the surrounding properties and all the rain water drains towards the lowest point which happens to be my yard. Street drainage does not exist.

This bank owned house is abandoned now for 3 years and not being maintained I've seen multiple large rats lately in the yard in daylight The yard waste continues to pile up
No one is maintaining this hone It's becoming a mold infested danger to the neighborhood

This property continues to be rented out for SHORT TERM stays, often less than a week. The current guests had several neighbors awake until 430 AM Saturday night March 13 into Sunday morning.
The owner does nothing about complaints.
One guest had police and fire dept there twice in one night.

The following house has multiple issues 

Unlicensed contractors have been in and out for months.   A split ac unit was installed in the attic. 

Attic was made liveable incorrectly 

A second ac split unit was installed in the down stairs again no permit no electrical permits pulled 

Main house ac unit was installed and all new ductwork was installed with in a few weeks. 

Home failed a mold Test caused family to move out after kids getting sick 

Electrical work performed through out house no permit  

Toilets were installed incorrectly 

Showers remodeled 

Tile done incorrectly show pan wrong 

Mold and termites in walls getting patch job cover up to re rent house
