This property was purchased in February 2021. It was rented on February 28 (family with children. Rented a 2nd time around March 7 (group of approximately 10 young people who carried on every night till 3 AM). Rented a 3rd time on March 28. This group is from Illinois. Rented a 4th time around March 23-25 while a new roof was being added. This couple used filthy language while playing a corn hole game. CODE VIOLATION .

Junk all over, more than 4 vehicles, storing jacuzzi outside, RV being worked on and possibly inhabited, running a business out of thus property.

Dead debris fire hazard been here for weeks.

This is #8 for short term rental in this property since FEBRUARY 28. Code enforcement and deed restrictions state 30 days in between rentals. The math of 8 rentals since FEBRUARY 28 doesn't compute. This is obviously an illegal business happening in a residential neighborhood that is NOT deeded for this.

The trailers on Ave A are in total disrepair... broken windows, missing side panels to just name a little bit. Can these trailers truly meet the zoning guidelines of Sarasota County. PLease check them out. I would definetly not think that people would be allowed to live in these trailers.

The garage in the photo was built without a permit and I am sure it was built too close to the property line of the empty lot next to it. Also the owners of this property use the empty lot for their personal use to park trucks, Xfinity work van and even put a tire swing in the tree.

This residence has 5 cars parked on grass and 1 in driveway. Owner is apparently running an auto repair business.

Storage of RV’s, trailers with junk on them, junk all over yard and curb. This looks like a junk yard. Are they running a storage facility without permits from the County are they zonned to have storage. They need to clean up the yard as well this is ridiculous.

Junk, junk trailers, ditch weeds overgrown, junk on front and back lawn. fence not to code, trash all around property. Have been reporting this property and others for a year now. How many years does it take to clean up one property? There are ten more, ten years?

Drug house. Right down the street from a school. Children walk home and ride their bikes passing this house. Also. A van is parked on the property. People are living in it. Electric is hooked up to it from that house

Rear of strip mall at 4232-4248 S. Tamiami Trail, Sarasota. This scene occurs just about every week, with food waste, cardboard, and other trash spilling out onto the public street. Obviously, situation attracts vermin. In addition, there is an open grease pit, which has been exposed by crumbling blacktop. Owner's solution: Put a plywood board on top of it.
