    Unpermitted ADU at back of 2341 Tangerine Dr being used as secondary residence by owner; his parents live in the front house (multi-family use in a single family zone). ADU has open outdoor bucket toilet not connected to sewer and shower. Poop and toilet paper flies over int adjoining properties including urine smellry, making for unsanity, unhygienic and offensive conditions. This is also permitting AND a code enforcement issue.

    Sub-slab moisture has been observed at the residence. Surfaces down-gradient north of residence at the roadway are always wet. Suspect hydraulic mounding from insufficient drainage and aggressive Golf Course irrigation. House backs up to The Palms Golf Course. The elevation of the fairway is higher than elevation of adjacent homes. The golf course is also heavily irrigated. There is a long forgotten swale which runs east/west behind the residence and leads to a retention pond. Perhaps the drainage could be evaluated. Thanks.

    ROW /Easement cluttered w junk and plantings and vegetation overgrown. This stuff does not belong in ROW and blocks line of sight. No BICYCLE LANES, SIDEWALKS OR STREET LIGHTS here for safety. Cars, walkers, bikes cannot see around corner. Very distracting. Turning corner dangerous. There is no place for bicyclist or walkers to get out of the way of cars on narrow two lane road and at night you would trip over the debris or junk. Easement and right of way needs to be clear for safety of pedestrians/bicyclist and drivers. Our families are precious and this is an accident waiting to happen. It is shameful that this is allowed and puts us all in danger.

    Hello County, we live in Crystal Lakes Community and have noticed on-going activity on this County public right of way street. There are cars parked on the left side of this dead end county road during the day and overnight. Sometimes abandoned untagged cars are left here. Can the County install one or two or three "No parking on the right of way" sign(s)? Also, someone carefully placed large rocks blocking the right of way and dumped a huge pile of mulch and timber logs preventing motorists to be able to turn around at this dead end road. By no turn around available its causes them to trespass on the private road heading South for about a mile until they can turn around on privately owned property. Owners are not happy. Please assist. Thank you

    Please review the ROW carefully for 151 Englewood Isles Parkway. Landscaping the ROW by HOA contractor is blocking the ability to see traffic exiting neighboring properties and causing blind driveways. Almost got hit by a car on this roadway when visiting grandma. Lots of cars park along the roads and lots of mowing people to drive around. Keep the ROW low and clear
