    There is a oak tree on the storm water retention lot in the Green Tree subdivision. The oak tree roots are causing the sidewalk to buckle and become a risk to pedestrians that walk on it. The high spots need to be grinded down to protect pedestrians from tripping .

    Fl Tree Man LLC did work at my neighbors house and their equipment broke the sidewalk, his driveway and they had a hydraulic fluid leak. Each time it rains, the spot where the leak happened gets larger. I reported this via phone a week or so ago and earlier today. For whatever reason, although I entered the address as I am now, it changed to a different location. It may have been picking up where I was walking at the time?

    The more specific area is the sidewalk along Center Road between U.S. 41 and Pinebrook. A house just east of the intersection of Banyan Dr. has a driveway that crosses the sidewalk in two locations. In one of the crossings the surface is uneven and dangerous for bikers and peds. Another location is between 232-240 Center Road where a sidewalk section is damaged and drops off abruptly and could cause injury. Thank You

    Sidewalk Repairs: I submitted a request, approximately July August, for raised sidewalk repairs. Only a portion of the repairs were completed. The sidewalk section between Oak Preserve and Oak Meadow on Rivendell Blvd. was not repaired. Please complete the repairs on the raised sidewalks, one to two inches raised, in this section.
