The Marshwood(North) ACF guest Slider gate is not working properly. The slider would not close. After multiple attempts to reset and turning off/on the slider it continued to give the error "Blocked open gate".

The guest barrier arm is still working without issue.

There is not a light on the guest call box at the Marshwood north gate to illuminate the call box like the other gates. This makes the box difficult for guests to see and use at night, when a guard is not on duty since the sign showing the hours is also not illuminated at night. Can this box be updated like the other guest boxes?

The Fish Cleaning Station electrical outlet is not working. We believe there is a problem with the GFCI.

This lagoon has been muddy looking and thick with algae growth most of the summer. The level has dropped and the algae looks bad. People often try to fish here and there have been several alligator sightings

It appears that the “new norm” is to place yard trash out on any day. It appears this is now occurring with increasing frequency and without consequence.
It also appears that our community standards have gone downhill.
On a weekly basis, thruout the entire summer, 13 Log Landing, placed trash out on Thursday. Since it keeps occurring, we are left to believe that either the rules no longer apply and it is now a free for all...everyone can do as they please.

On Sunday, October 13th, our neighbors, the Molellas, either directed this gentleman to trim the palm tree directly in front of our house or did it themselves. Before, the tree was lush and beautiful, but now it looks like a toothpick. You can see the stump of the tree in this photograph, right up against the gentleman's back. The palm tree is a few inches away from our lot, so it is on common property. It is also in our view, and it was a beautiful tree. I presume the Molellas wished to trim the tree to improve their view (at 6 Ramshorn Ct.), but it has ruined ours. Do Lou and Gerry Molella have the right to butcher trees that are not on their property--particularly when it impacts their neighbors so drastically?

Owner placed this trash on the main road today. Didn’t bother to minimize the neighborhood visual disturbance y placing near their mailbox around the corner. No, instead, they chose to place it out for all to see but conveniently out of their own view!
Longtime owners so surely know the rules!

All this trash....out on a Wednesday...for the neighborhood to endure until garbage collection next week.
Guess the rules don’t apply to them!

Once again, owner has yard work done and debris is placed out on curb on a Thursday. Will sit there all weekend.

If everyone did this (disobeyed our rules) our community would lose its’ luster/prestige.
