The residents are closing in the gazebo built two years ago. Plywood has been added to the sides of the building.

I checked the website and there's still no permits for this address Yet a while back they received a displayed violation

Owner asked for pricing to add electrical to a storage shed to make it a rentable residence. I asked about permitting and they said as a law enforcement officer they were not required to permit the work. They are already renting out storage sheds for housing and I said I could not complete the work without permitting. They threatened me when I would not agree.

A new tenant has moved in this unit and is operating a car repair shop. He has had several cars on and off with hoods up. I have taken a couple of pictures of him under the hood. I will send them later. Please stop this activity as soon as possible. The last car shop took several years to get out of our residential neighborhood. Thank you

This resident has built several smaller homes on this property that are not permitted. There are people living in the structures that have been added to the property. They park their cars in the yard and on the street at times. They have become a nuisance on the corner.

group home housing multiple people with various mental health conditions. 12 + residents noted living inside of the structure with one care taker. no business license noted at the location.
