  • 480 Ferry St New Haven, Connecticut, 06513 - Matthew Ruoppolo Manor
Its a little hard to see but in the square with the grass, there are little alcohol bottles all over the place. It would be nice if someone actually did their job in this place so the residents don't have to look at garbage.
  • 49 Union Ave New Haven 06519, United States - Robert T. Wolfe

  • 480 Ferry St New Haven, Connecticut, 06513 - Matthew Ruoppolo Manor
Tree down on a fence in the back parking lot, there are also other tree branches all over the parking lot that have been there for months that need to be cleaned up.
  • 480 Ferry St New Haven, Connecticut, 06513 - Matthew Ruoppolo Manor
Whole back courtyard at Ruoppolo Manor/480 Ferry Street has been covered with garbage for months. Some of that debris is a broken mirror which is dangerous if someone steps on it. It is a safety hazard. Can we hire workers that actually do their job please and maintain the property properly. The whole parking lot, and back courtyard is covered with garbage. This is an eye sore for not only the residents, but also all of the surrounding neighbors. Not to mention there are also trees down on the property in the back parking lot that have been sitting there for over six months. Conservatively speaking, this property takes in 1.5 - 2 million dollars in rent per year so why is the property not being maintained? Elm City Communities made 1.5 - 2 million dollars in rent on this property and you are trying to tell me you can't afford to have trees removed? Those trees should have been cleaned up within 24 hours and yet six months later, they are still there.
