This bioswale is a safety hazard. It’s a giant sharp metal thing waiting for someone to take a trip to the ER for a tetanus shot.

It's also blight. And filled with garbage. But SCF only lets you pick one category.

353 Edgewood Ave New Haven, Connecticut, 06511 - Edgewood
Traveling from Edgewood Mall downtown along George Street, you can't help but notice that the bioswales get nicer and nicer, well-kept and neat. Around here though, they are neglected, overgrown, trash-filled eyesores. Why does this neighborhood get the short end of the stick? We work, vote and pay taxes, same as the residents near Yale or Hospital properties. Fair? I don't think so!
  • 321 Crown St New Haven, CT, 06511, USA - Town_Green
At least two weeks ago car accident mowed through a York Street Bioswale and and through an exciting parking lot fence. It is unsightly and unsafe. This is located on York, NW Corner of York and Crown. You can't miss it.
