Sidewalk about 100 feet from the shell station in front of Wal-Mart has sunk about 18 inches at a angle am unable to go over it with my wheelchair and is a tripping hazard

The road entry to business is really bad. Customers have been complaining that it is hurting them. There is a deep pothole there.

Resident reports work was being done on the sidewalk in this area and multiple pieces were left behind causing trip hazard. Please inspect as soon as possible

I’m following up on a request to fix a damaged sidewalk that I submitted in 2021. I’m not sure why the ticket was closed without any sidewalk repair being done. In the last several years the sidewalk has gotten increasingly worse and creates a bigger risk for falls. In addition the tree beyond the sidewalk (street side) has dropped multiple large limbs and continues to do so whenever there is rain or wind. It had been trimmed by either the city or power company on the street side creating a complete imbalance and a risk to our home. I’m asking that the city cut the limbs over our home to avoid damage and or harm by falling limbs.

Sidewalk cracked in front of 1400 Ella T Grasso Blvd

At the corner of Dwight and Elm and on Elm Street, the sidewalk is not draining properly. There is always a puddle of water, and also, sustained blocks of ice during the winter.

Please help urgently.
