  • 660 State St New Haven, CT, 06511, USA - Downtown
A Pedestrian Cross Walk Signal is needed at the intersection of Audubon & State so people can safely cross from the Cast Iron restaurant across to the opposite side to head to NOLO or points south. Safety is vital at this wide stretch especially with the increase in residents in the area accessing the wonderful amenities along this corridor.

The school zone sign on Blake st. for L.W. Beecher school is always flashing, not just during school times. This causes drivers to ignore the school zone sign.
  • Speed Bump RequestAcknowledged
235 Kohary Drive New Haven, CT - Westville
Requesting traffic study can be conducted in order to determine if a speed bump or other traffic calling deterrent is needed.
  • 18 Edgewood Way New Haven, Connecticut - Westville
Speed Bumps are needed on Edgewood Way approaching Forest Rd. Speed Bumps approaching the curve from Edgewood Way to Forest Rd may reduce the amount of vehicles that are speeding and possibly running the traffic light, cutting down on the amount of vehicle accidents that have been occurring at this intersection at Edgewood Way and Forest Rd.
    Thank you,

The left signal for the cars exiting the highway heading to orange street not working

  • 400–428 W Rock Ave New Haven CT 06515, United States - Westville

There needs to be some signage indication at this intersection that the cars on the one way section of West Rock (going south, by Vape R Us) also have a green light. For cars at the light on West Rock Ave going north, the mis-aligned street makes it impossible to know that the traffic light applies for two way traffic, making those turning left and right surprised to find another car suddenly in the way.

This whole West Rock/Whalley/Fountain intersection is trouble - you don’t know that it's a hazard unless you know, and that's not how driving should work. It's a horrible guessing game of "does the car next to me know this lane is mine and that this intersection is impossible? No? Whoops we smashed cars."

  • Crown St & Orange St New Haven, CT, 06510, USA - 770 Chapel Big
Light for the one way coming down Orange St at corner of Crown in ninth square is still running even though they blocked off Orange St for the summer. Causes an unnecessary wait from all directions at this intersection.

  • 701-721 Edgewood Ave New Haven, Connecticut, 06515 - Westville
I guess if someone’s driving a municipal car license plate 652 N H a white Dodge Challenger that they can feel free to run through the red light at Edgewood Avenue and Yale Avenue. Can you say entitled! And I’m sure the person was on personal business and we’re paying for his gas. Thanks Mayor Elicker for dishing out all these vehicles.
