    This was the scene last night at the building corner of Gran and Clinton..Disabled people getting on or off the bus at Clinton and Grand have no choice but to go on the street as there are two snow storms worth of snow on the two sides if the budding that face the public way. Although a doctor's office I believe this is a private business. The third Pic is the rest of the street on Grand Avenue with snow cleared as far as the eye can see. The same is true on Clinton avenue from the end of this property to the Mary Wade Home. The issue is only at this location. They are repeat offenders on this issue. No one in a wheel chair with minimal walking problems can use the public way other than to go on to the street.

There has not been a traversable intersection in the neighborhood of the Polling Pace for today's election since the snow storm. The City of new Haven very clearly and obviously abuses the ADA's 'temporary interruption' allowance when it snows.

    Sidewalk along Pine Street (276 Front St) has been cleared to approximately 3 feet in width and treated with ice melt (yes, the purple kind — hard to miss).

    Some prior ice accumulation resulted from plow displacement and refreeze conditions. The area has been addressed and will continue to be monitored, especially with the upcoming storm.

    Updated photos are attached for documentation.

    The sidewalk will be fully prepared for tomorrow’s blizzard.
