Piles of trash accumulated on the sidewalk, working on cars blocking street.
We have an elementary school and this house is a huge concern for the safety and well-being of kids and families.

The business entity located at 730 W. 19th St., in National City is not meeting required parking ratios for the city. They also don't have a business license at this location. This business is taking up all of the street parking on McKinley Ave., and 20th Street. The entity is known by the following names: CFS Transportation (which is a suspended entity by the California Secretary of State); San Ysidro Health (which has a business license for other that this location) and Pace.

Garbage Containers left out past pick up time. Home owners using trash cans as parking cones to save parking.

Construction has stooped on this retaining wall. All of the construction material has been left blocking the sidewalk for 2 weeks now.

This construction material has been sitting here for months and is impeding safe driving. Can we please have an update

Tan Honda Odyssey license plate 4PRK457 is a makeshift ice cream truck that passes through this area of the neighborhood daily in the afternoons between 1pm to 5pm. It blasts a loudspeaker with a man's voice for promotion instead of non-verbal music that is typical of ice cream trucks. The noise is a nuisance to the neighborhood. The operator of this vehicle should be checked for a permit to operate, and if permitted made to change the promotional sound coming from the vehicle to comply with noise ordinance laws.

this former business is no longer in business at this property. Therefore, why is the sign still up instead of being covered? Looks like a neglected commercial restaurant property. Degrades Highland Ave.

the entire lot has graffiti along the perimeter scrim and there's graffiti on the backwall as conveyed in the picture. You can see it from Interstate 5 and doesn't give a good image. Thank you.

Illegal fruit stand has been set up at this intersection. The business is partially blocking the sidewide. The business appears not to have a business licenses and has complied with health codes

The ice plants on this street are overtaking the sidewalk and has been this way for several months. You have to use the street at times which is extrey dangerous. The owner also has mulch and trash on the other side street making our neighborhood an eyesore. This really needs to be addressed.
