OtherAcknowledgedBoulevard Bridge Richmond, Virginia - Richmond Precinct 3The city spread sand of the bridge some months ago during cold weather. The sand is still there. Does the city not have a street sweeper? There is sand and other debris along both sides of the bridge that needs to be picked up. The bridge is experiencing minor flooding during heavy downpours because the sand is blocking some drains. Please pick up the sand.

This hole is about 1 ft - 2 ft across and about 1 ft - 2 ft from the street. This is a heavily traveled section of Margate and that heavy traffic makes walkers use the shoulder. Northbound traffic lanes should match SouthboundAcknowledged613 North Lombardy Street Richmond, Virginia - The FanNorthbound Lombardy at West Broad Street
The Northbound lane heading into the intersection will soon be wide enough to designate a dedicated right turn lane, once the construction project at the Verizon building concludes and the fenced-off private parking area is removed from the public right-of-way.
This is already utilized in the southbound lane; adding this in the northbound lane would greatly facilitate efficient and (most importantly) more-predictable traffic movement at a dangerous intersection.
Prior to the construction project, northbound traffic sometimes did this by instinct, but not always. -
Northbound traffic lanes should match SouthboundAcknowledged499 Stuart Circle Richmond, Virginia - The FanNorthbound Lombardy at Stuart Circle
The Northbound lane heading into the circle is wide enough to designate a dedicated right turn lane, and the circle itself is broad enough to designate a dedicated left turn lane around the monument.
Both of these are already utilized in the southbound lane; adding these in the northbound lane would greatly facilitate efficient traffic movement.
Northbound traffic sometimes does one or both of these by instinct, but not always. -
