The lot south of this address seems to have an abandoned house and the grass & bushes are so overgrown you can hardly see the house. It looks terrible on our way to St Thomas Church.

This is a rental property at 12235 48th Ave S, Tukwila, WA 98178, and since new tenants moved in few months ago I am getting concerned with the amount of cars parked at this property every day and heavy commercial activity going on. Not only entire backyard is full of parked cars/trailers cars are also double parked in the front and sometimes partially blocking the street. We are parents of two little kids and want to feel safe playing with kids outside this summer. Thank you!.

Chickens that belong to 12044 44th Ave S constantly running around several neighbors yards and tormenting the grass. These chickens need to be confined to 12044 44th Ave S property. Furthermore, they may be over the city limit on chickens. Please have animal control confirm.

This property owner has accumulated multiple junk vehicles & debris & is using 3 parcels as a junkyard.
