    ADA Violation. In a previous request (19 Lafayette) you said this parking structure fit ADA requirements at 7'2" height. My sons ADA van requires more than that and the ADA STRICTLY calls for 98" high access and a 96" side access if there is any retail in the facility and it doesn't matter if the parking is used for employees "or" customers. ADA applies.

    Following up on the status of the prior posts regarding ADA Van Accessible parking violations (along with other ADA issues) in the parking lot at the Dairy Treat building. It is NOT ADA compliant. Mr. Goldman stated to the planning commission (see minutes) that the Dairy Treat parking spots are for customers! That would be for handicapped or not. Status? Please post and not say "call in".
