    Please remove the yard trash at my location. The truck has passed me by the last two weeks. Although the trash at other homes on my street has been picked up, mine is still untouched. It is a large pile as I was having major yard work done. It is a neighborhood hazard which could attract snakes and rats.

    I have trimmed 12 palm trees. Last week, the palm fronds were not picked up. A note was attached to the pile saying the fronds needed to be cut to 4' length. I loaded and hauled the pile to Garden City. In this week's pile (photos attached) I have cut more than 95% (almost all) of items to 4 feet. I may have missed a few. Is there any reason this pile will not be picked up?

    Yard waste was collected today 9/27/2016 from my property at 2 Ward Ln, Savannah, 31411. The waste was in a black Rubermaid 45Gallon 2-wheeled thrash can with lid. The collection workers while emptying the can broke the wheels of the can, and dumped the empty can and the wheels on my neighbors property, without notifying me.

    Please replace the broken thrash can with a new one (as described above) or compensate me so that I can purchase a new one.
