    Many times they have called animal control these people they had many dogs now they have 3 which they lock up in the basement and cry and bark all day and night which is also very cruel to torment us and animal control has come and they haven't they pay attention the owner of the dogs lives on the second floor but has access to the basement so the family on the first floor would also be tired of this problem
