    There has been an issue with speeding and our neighborhood is tiered of it. We have brought the issue up to the city of vista but yet nothing has changed. Two months ago a dog was severely hurt by a hit and run driver going 40mph, yesterday a neighbor's car was hit while it was parked by yet another hit and run driver going above the speed limit! What is it going to take for the city of vista to take this issue serious? For a child to get hit and killed? It's not acceptable, the neighborhood is asking for speed bumps. It will help control the speed of cars driving through the stree. I hope something will be done soon before someone gets hurt. Thanks you.
