City of Vista PLUS

Good morning
There was a report that at S. Santa Fe Ave and Monta Vista Dr in the city of Vista, there is a Fire Hydrant that losing water.

2nd time reported. Metal cover can easily be removed to expose electrical wires inside. Any child walking by can easily take it off and put hand inside. Cover not secured at all. Anyone can take it.

I walk the same route everyday with my dog in the morning. Yesterday 3/28 this fence was tagged with a VK and today 3/29 it looked like this. The telephone pole usually has a memorial all around it for someone. It keeps getting destroyed. I'm new to the area and just want to keep it looking nice.

Vista Homeboys gang graffiti is spray painted on the side of the carport belonging to the apartment units next to the Waterleaf Apt complex on the west side of Huff Street.
