Home is situated at bottom of hill in culdesac. During storms, large amounts of water is rushing down the hill into my driveway and pooling in my garage. Neighbor on my left had same issue and the city placed a speed bump at the end of his driveway (see photo) which seems to alleviate problem. Large rut beside the road at intersection of Sassafras Rd. and Chinkapin. Road edge needs to be repaired and the addition of curbs would eliminate this from happening again.

The dip in the road is constantly filled with standing water. I am requesting the road and curb be repaired to allow the water to flow into the drainage pipe. Thank you, John and Debbie Miller

Lots of water has been breaching the lack of a curb when it rains. Large volumes of water are eroding soil, displacing mulch, and causing water in basement.

This is an active building site. there is a dumpster on site, but workers have filled the residential household waste can with garbage and sanitation has not picked this up in months, probably because it is an active construction site. This can is full of garbage, water, and it stinks. Please help. I have moved the can to the street, but sanitation failed to dump it again today.

Etris Road, traveling south from Hamilton Park Drive to Hardscrabble, is covered in a fine gray powdery concrete like substance. When cars travel along the road the powder is kicked into the air and not pleasant to walk near. If possible, can the city street sweeper truck attempt to remove the powder/gravel? Thanks.

There needs to be a secondary netting system installed to protect the playground around baseball fields 2 and 3. I witnessed at least 10 balls fouled into the playground area and barely missing many children and adults. I ask that you don't wait until a child is struck before you take care of this safety issue.

Please add signage to the bathroom doors in the workout facility room in the Bill Johnson Community Center. Currently there are no signs indicating Men’s, Women’s, or even that it is a bathroom. Thanks!!!
