On July 25, while boring to install fiber optic lines along Riverside rd, C&A Utilities struck the power line to my house causing a power surge, knocking out my refrigerator, control panel to the front gate and several motion lights. Since submitting the receipts for replacements, I have yet to be reimbursed and they are increasingly difficult to get a hold of. It’s been 3 1/2 weeks. I’m only asking for the cost of the items replaced and nothing for the aggravation this has caused or cost of all the food that was was lost. The total owed is $3,112.26. Is there anything the city can do to help???

the old Alabama path is covered in dirt and mud. some of it has been there long enough for plants to start growing. this is a recurring issue as the apartments have the run off from their parking lot improperly draining onto the sidewalk.

This area on Woodstock Rd in front of Broughton Park S/D has looked terrible for several months. The sidewalk is still removed in a large area, grass is now mud/clay and the electrical box is sinking in the ground

I have written the city of Roswell 3 times on this issue and still not received an answer. When the Hardscrabble rd construction was happening, my front yard got trashed. I was told by the city that once construction was finished, my yard would be "returned to the condition it was in before construction". However, 9 months later and its still gravel, trash, and weeds. I am tired of the lack of response and resolution I am getting. Please confirm when I can expect my front yard to get returned to its original condition? If you don't know, please connect me with someone who does.

Retaining wall supporting Holcomb Bridge is collapsing into the creek. At the moment HBR looks ok at the moment but the retaining hall had a purpose and it it no longer is being served. Can y’all please take a look? thanks

Address is shown as “little pines ct” but it is really along Holcomb Bridge Rd a hundred yards or so east of the Terramont / Holcomb Bridge Rd traffic light.

I have reached out to the Stormwater department and they came out to have a look at a drainage issue I was having on my property from the street. They routed be to the Transportation department, as they handle issues related to roads, curb and gutter. I would like to have someone come out and assess the storm water coming down my driveway during storms, and potentially have a driveway berm installed to help mitigate the stormwater coming down my driveway.

To explain the issue in more detail, when a large amount of water falls, the water from the street does not make it to the storm drain (2 houses down) and instead flows down my driveway and overruns the drainage I have installed at the bottom of the driveway. This causes leaks in my back shed, which I believe can be prevented if I do not have to take on the water from the street.
