Reminder to put the white stripe down on Lake Charles Drive. This has been paved for a while without full completion.
  • 11810-11832 Crabapple Rd Roswell, GA, 30075, USA - Roswell
The pedestrian crosswalk across between crabapple lake subdivision and sweetapple park needs serious addressing. Drivers on crabapple do not know that when a pedestrian is waiting to cross that they MUST stop. I have crossed that crosswalk many times and I have to be on the crosswalk before drivers will stop. I also witnessed my neighbors trying to cross on Monday morning and easily 20 cars went by and did not stop. It would be great if we could get a fast changing light that pedestrians can press and cross and not hold up traffic for too long. Please address.
    Thank you.
  • 92 Bent Grass Drive Roswell, Georgia - Roswell
The timing of this traffic light makes no sense. It stops the Ga 92 east bound traffic that just gets a green light at Crabapple. The bad traffic light timing contributes to traffic congestion; generates senseless pollution and wastes people's time.
  • E Crossville Rd & Bent Grass Dr Roswell, GA, 30075, USA - Roswell
The left turn arrow onto Bent Grass Dr from E Crossville Rd is, again, remaining solid red, rather the flashing yellow when the E/W lights on Crossville are green. Not only is it a solid red arrow, but it doesn’t ever turn green. I have waited for a green arrow many times through several cycles before finally making the turn on red when safe. This has been reported several times in the past. It gets fixed, and a few weeks later it’s back to a solid red never-changing arrow. Can we please get this fixed once and for all? It is much quicker to use this light rather than waiting 3, 4, 5 light cycles to turn left onto Crabapple to go in the back way. Thank you!

when is roswell going to fix the traffic lights which are not timed right
  • Bent Grass Dr & E Crossville Rd Roswell, GA, 30075, USA - Roswell

    Hi there,

My husband and I just recently moved into the neighborhood off of the road Bent Grass Drive. There is a stoplight at this intersection to help us take a left into the neighborhood with the busy traffic. Currently, when the light is green, we do not receive a yellow blinking light to take a left into our neighborhood like all of the other lights nearby offer. We have been timing the light and some times we have to wait 2-3 light changes before we finally get a green arrow to turn in, which causes an immense amount of frustration and time for those waiting to turn. Is there anyway to change the light to offer a blinking yellow arrow while the light is green or at least a green turn signal on each light change?

  • Etris Rd & Hardscrabble Rd Roswell, GA, 30075, USA - Roswell
I was notified that this Etris/Hardscrabble issue was resolved. It has not! I understand the left turn sensors will be repaired later, BUT the issue is how long the light holds green for Etris. It is seemingly nearly 2 minutes. There simple is not that much traffic traveling on Etris. AND there are least 3 times as many traveling on Hardscrabble. Please review this again.
  • 12050 Etris Rd Roswell, GA 30075, USA - Roswell
Please check the sensors at the traffic signal at Etris Road and Hardscrabble Road. Heading south / west on Hardscrabble Road, I waited for at least 20 to 30 seconds *after the last car crossed Hardscrabble* for the signal to change. Then once it did change, the left turn arrow came on by itself, even though there was not a single car in the turn lanes in either direction. There shouldn't be a 20-30 second delay between the last car crossing the intersection and the light finally changing, correct? And no left turn signal should be coming on if there are no cars in the turn lane, correct?
  • 825 Pine Grove Road Roswell, Georgia - Roswell

During the weekday mornings around 8 am, the traffic signal's left turn arrow from Pine Grove Road to Hightower Road does not allow one automobile to complete the left turn before the green arrow turns yellow. No more than one automobile can complete the left turn and the one automobile has to complete the turn on the yellow arrow.

Please investigate and then adjust the length of time that the left turn arrow stays green to safely allow more than one automobile to compete the left turn under a green arrow.

    Thank you,

    William Bracey

traffic lights are not timed you get stopped at every light.
  • Woodstock Rd Roswell, GA, 30075, USA - Roswell
Since the construction at Woodstock and Bowen Road the traffic signal timing has been changed. Going north on Bowen, crossing Woodstock, the light is very short and only lets 3 cars through. Because of this the traffic on Bowen gets backed up and 2 or 3 cars, getting frustrated with the timing, run the light. We are going to have a serious accident. Late at night, when turning left, south, from Woodstock on to Bowen, if there was no traffic heading east on Woodstock the left turn arrow would light. Now instead of that the lights cycle through the lights on Bowen. They turn green and then red before letting the turn from Woodstock, even if there are no cars on Bowen. I have been traveling this route for 16 years and have had no problems until the turn lane construction was started. Please return the timing of these lights to what they were before the construction began.
