There are many cars parked illegally along river portion of parking lot which will surely cause problems once legally parked vehicles back up to leave lot.

Corner of Lake Charles Dr. and Pinegrove Road. Guardrail and crosswalk button damaged. Looks like a truck cut the corner too short and took out the guardrail and crosswalk button pole.

Parking in no parking zone. No parking sign has been removed. Parking in the bike lane.

Landscaping rock & mulch at 385 Azalea is in the bike lane and constitutes a hazard when cyclists have to take the lane to avoid the rock. Mailbox also protrudes over pavement, though it is hard to tell because of rock & mulch on pavement.. Postal regulations //www.usps.com/manage/mailboxes.htm clearly state that mailbox is to be 6-8 inches from pavement. This situation endangers cyclists and aggravates motorists. Cyclists are in the lane at this point only because of the obstructions.

A River Corridor environmental violation is taking place along Riverside Rd between Martin Road and Northcliff Trace. The contractor installing underground cables has dug a ditch (instead of injecting the pipe) and left bare loose soil all along the bank of the Chattahoochee. This can lead to serious silting and runoff directly into the river. In my opinion this is a serious violation of River Corridor regulations. I expect the city to take action to fine the contractor and demand that the something be done to stabilize the soil in the area where this disturbance occurred. Does this contractor have a permit to be doing this type of work in the Chattahoochee River Corridor? I also intend to notify Chattahoochee RiverKeeper about this violation.

Large semi hit this pole while attempting to make turn at Ramsey and Mimosa. Pole is cracked and leaning. Since the start of construction @ Oxbo there has been an significant increase of semis, large dump trucks and construction trucks using both Ramsey and Mimosa Blvd. They should be using Hwy 9 and not the small side streets and Blvd. They also go very fast and do NOT stop for pedestrians who are in the crosswalk. My dog and I were almost hit on Friday by a dump truck with a red cab on Mimosa @ Pratt in the cross walk. They came from Ramsey. I yelled at the driver but he kept going and I was so shaken I couldn’t get his plate or company. Please keep us pedestrians safe!

Trash left behind from Alive. It’s all along Magnolia and Mimosa. The city needs to buy and place trash cans along Magnolia, Atlanta St and Mimosa Blvd to help with this ongoing problem. The Shell Station is a disgrace and yes it’s has a lot of foot traffic BUT if there were trash cans and the owner took responsibility every day to clean up the property, it wouldn’t be an issue. The city needs to spend our tax dollars this way vs providing city property and port o potties for day workers who most likely are NOT even Tax paying citizens of Roswell or this country!

Please remove dirt and pine straw build up off the bike lane and the foliage. It is scary riding a bike in this section because bikes are forced into the main lane while cresting a hill. The lane has almost completely disappeared here. Thank you!!

Mr. Plumber and Mr. Electric on Bush St. It’s been over a year since the road Contruction was done on Bush St and Grove Way and there property has not been maintained at all from weeds and garbage... and the original wood fence for Contruction is still up... it makes the area look terrible... please maintain your property...
