I am a resident of Whithall and there was a very bad accident outside of our neighborhood early this morning. This road is a constant problem with speeders and accidents. There are frequent Roswell Motorcycle police officer monitoring speed, but not enough. This section is very dangerous as it contains blind turns and downhill. Something must be done to prevent more accidents, injury, and speeding. Thank you.

This was reported twice to RPD non emergency yesterday 3/2/2019 as well as in the past. Cars were parked blocking the West bound land of Ramsey from approx. 10am- 4pm. Every time King Auction has an event, cars park on one side of Ramsey St blocking one lane. I personally was almost hit head on twice by vehicles. An emergency vehicle would not be able to get down the street, not to mention how dangerous it is for pedestrians and traffic. The business put cones out but people, as seen in this picture, park in between them. There needs to be no parking signs and as well as the business needs to be held accountable during these auctions to ensure that their clients don't block the street. This is an accident waiting to happen!

Any chance, with all the other construction along Hardscrabble, that a right turn lane is going to be created for northbound drivers on King Rd to turn right onto Hardscrabble? Every weekday morning, I sit in a long line of traffic on King Rd that is all waiting to turn right onto Hardscrabble Rd, and the single car that is continuing north on King Rd prevents the entire line of cars from turning onto Hardscrabble. It's even worse once the school zone lights are flashing, as that traffic backs up in front of Roswell High School back to 92. It's a complete nightmare.

Etris Road, traveling south from Hamilton Park Drive to Hardscrabble, is covered in a fine gray powdery concrete like substance. When cars travel along the road the powder is kicked into the air and not pleasant to walk near. If possible, can the city street sweeper truck attempt to remove the powder/gravel? Thanks.

I'm thrilled to see that the road paving is moving forward on the hardscrabble project as it has been suggested that we "wait and see" what engineering comes up with to resolve the traffic backlog from the HS to the circle but unfortunately the attempt to provide a right turn lane for buses from hardscrabble into the high school has cannibalized so much of the left onto King turn lane that AM traffic now backs clear to the traffic circle. Before you finish the paving project, can we please restore or even extend the original length of the left onto King turn lane? That would greatly improve the volume of traffic clearing the intersection at each light.

Resident has to cross the street and cross over the metal guardrail to reach the boardwalk. No connectivity. Resident request an opening in the guardrail for easy entry.
