    At the back exit of Hembree Park in to the Gables subdivision is a very large, dead tree that is leaning over the fence, but not touching it yet.     On the East side of Willeo Road between Coleman and Highway 120 there is a persistent water leak that flows over the sidewalk and is causing a trip hazard and a danger to pedestrians who use the sidewalk. To avoid stepping in the mud and water on the sidewalk as a result of this drainage pedestrians and walkers with strollers must step into the roadway to walk around it - very dangerous. The watery discharge also has an oily film in it and may be dangerous. This leak has continued for months and months and flows down from the empty lot above the sidewalk. Please address this issue.

    The cistern in the storm drain in front of my house is leaking lots of water from the manufacturing holes in the side of it. We had this issue before and hydraulic cement was used to plug them. It is causing my yard to sink due to the soil underground being washed away. I realize the water needs a way to escape but think it could go under the road to the creek across the street.
