    The new crosswalk curb that is located on Hardscrabble road at Wexford Club Drive, when headed West, is a hazard to drivers. This curb juts out into the road in a non-congruent manner to the road. Once all of the orange roadwork cones are removed from this location, this curb is likely to be hit on a daily basis. Having now traveled this route multiple times a day since its inception, it is clear that the curb is out of place. Please consider reducing the size to prevent future accidents.

    This property was issued a warning over a week’s go about this from the city. They appear to have done some minor trimming but the property is still overgrown and the vines that are from the ground to 30-50 feet into the trees are a blight.

    Per City Code Chapter 8.8.3
    All property must be maintained in a clean and sanitary condition free of all junk, litter, refuse, and overgrowth. The responsibility to maintain the property is with the owner, the resident, and the person in control of the property.

    Specifically, “Is so overgrown upon any premises owned, occupied, or in control of the responsible person or persons, as to cause the degradation of the character of the neighborhood as determined by code enforcement.” per the code.

    What happened to this case?? Today is inspection day! NOTHING has been done, just swept away as “archived” ??? Is this the “due process” that this home has been given? What about the neighbors due process? Why do we have a city code if we choose not to enforce them ? Ridiculous!
