I recently abided at 12-14 School St in Leominster MA for a period of a little over 2 months. It is a place where low income people rent a room and have a shared kitchen (one on the main floor for the whole house) and shared bathrooms (2 per floor). Upon my arrival, the bathmats, and floors even the walls were covered in dirt..I cleaned the black spots off the walls that ran along the staircase (a black spot for every step where people held the wall to get up the stairs) and I mopped the 3rd floor and cleaned the two upstairs bathrooms myself. The bathmats and floors were covered in dirt. Im sure the 1st and 2nd floors are still like this. The whole time I was there, the person who was responsible for cleaning Mike (not the house manager also named Mike (Mike leblanc) but another Mike), only put a new toilet paper roll in and changed the garbage bags...but the floors were never mopped and the toilets and showers never sprayed clean or cleaned in anyway, theres also a smoc house on Holt Street in Fitchburg and one in Garder, Im sure the issue is the same in all these places, that there is no cleaner hired for the common areas, no-one mops no-one sprays and cleans the shared bathrooms. In Leominster I noticed the house was also infected with carpenter ants and the water from the upstairs sink faucets were tinged brown. I feel there should be an actual cleaner come in once a month, once a year at least. Mike may say hes done something or plans to do something but hasnt or wont. Just because we're poor doesnt mean we deserve to live in festering disease and filth. On top of this some resident(s) have accidentaly left the oven and stove burners on and Smoc caseworkers havent followed through with putting a sign up to remind people to double check. The counter top has also been burnt through with a hot pan. Food donations are left in a box on the floor and almost entirely expired, one box of oatmeal was crawling with maggots. I want to leave this tip anonymously because places like this shouldn't be considered private but should have routine inspections and held up to some standard since the bathrooms are shared. I think theres 16 rooms in this house each costing 433-450 that either the person or an agency is paying to smoc on their behalf that adds up to about 7,000 a month. I think they can afford to hire a cleaning person 1 day of the month.

Quiet residential neighborhood routinely disrupted by autobody business in garage. Frequent loud noise all day (grinding, banging), strong fumes (epoxy?) noticeable several houses away and even on a parallel street, car carriers loading, unloading vehicles, etc.

My constituent at 36 Burrage has requested a drain be cleared and or installed to elevate a serious water issue. Pooling in summer months and icing in winter.

Berm on eugene st side of my house was plowed up this winter...street water drains into my garage in heavy rain. Called in april..nothing done yet...

Illegal construction worker crew at Motel 6 Leominster, Very dangerous activity; and they have almost injured several guest here already including myself. No safety precautions whatsoever. Please help stop this before someone gets hurt!

Hello the amount of traffic on/around 39 Jamestown rd is increasing excessive due to the rmv using it as a test location and people from all over practitioners here. Either signs need to be put up or something because this is non stop everyday all day year round.
