    At the corner of McKinley and North St the view of oncoming traffic is obstructed by trees and bushes by the corner house. Accidents have nearly happened several times. The trees should be trimmed to allow a better view of the coming traffic. The residents of the corner house should trim the trees obstructing the view of the street.

    I watched from inside Panera an individual that looked very suspicious around two cars in front of Panera. I think he might be trying rob the car. Eventually he noticed me watching from Panera and started walking around the cars of that location, and still watching me from Panera. Because I never looked away for long time, I kept watching him, he suddenly came inside Panera, and sat right in front of me. I think to intimidate me. He ordered no food, he pulled computer out and has been pretending to work, but he is not. He’s been here for awhile already, with no food and just pretending to work. I want to leave but I am concerned that he will follow me. He is a color tall person, with some beard, w baseball hat, glasses, rusty color shirt, white pants, and sneakers. He seating next to the window, snd I am right in front of him looking at the window with blueish shawl and hair up. Please see what you can do so I can go home without him following me. Please I don’t want him to know I sent this concern, I just want to leave from here without any confrontations with this person. Thank you!

    unsafe construction site with concerns of ground collapse or a child falling into the hole. The hole is about 5-6 ft deep. There is no caution tape around the site. Not sure if a permit has been pulled or not. Concerned if it is safe to dig.

    There is so much junk and debris along the driveway to the right of Roots. I believe this property is owned by Felton Equipment. I have additional photos but can only share one. There looks to be something collapsed by an old box truck. The property looks terrible and they should be required to clean it up.

    Global fitness parking lot is def being used overnight as a party hangout with burnout rubber and lots of trash left behind. They have cameras on building so should be easy enough to identify the ppl. Looks awful!

    On this property, the residence members known as 'Tyler' and 'Billy' have exercised an illegal Auto Sales, Repair, and salvage business for nearly two years. This neighborhood issue covers the entirety of their property as well as encroachment of their nearest neighbors. In regard to this issue, intrusive noises such as drills, saws and other power tools have been noted by Lake Whalom residents from across the watershed to times as late as 3AM during weekdays.

    Please take note to the following observed atrocities and general private/public violations, brought to you by the residents of Leominster, MA. All of which can be seen from the street by public authorities...

    1)More than 1 unregistered and uninsured vehicle parked on property for more than 12 months (9 unregistered vehicles currently reside on this property within sight of street)
    2) Multiple parked vehicles on lawn (non-tendered surface for registered and legal vehicles) (approx. 7 unregistered vehicles parked on lawn across property)
    3)Intrusive noises and use of loud power tools past 10PM during week-days
    4) Parking without permission on neighbors private property on daily basis (white Ford truck usually)
    5)Encroachment of neighbors private property for over 12 months to store unregistered vehicles without consent
    6)Use of neighbors private property to modify arrangement of salvaged parked vehicles without consent
    7) Use of company vehicles to transport/purchase unregistered vehicles for this business (white ford, 'CAT, Milton' decals)

    Ever since the city replaced the pipes in front of my home at 99 Allen St a few years ago, we end up with pooled water in front of our driveway. I would appreciate of the City would fix this problem. Thank you.
