    Residents of Appletree Ln, Croshee Ln, Old Brook Rd and Woodside Ave experienced PROPERTY DAMAGE and FLOODING due to the spillway located on 26 Appletree Lane. The source of this water is located between 307 & 318 Hill street.

    The neighborhood reported that this issue has been reported to the city of Leominster several times dating back two decades and has not been addressed properly. Every heavy rain & snow melt event that occurs, the spillway on 26 Appletree Lane, fed from the storm drain/brook between 307 & 318 Hill street flows heavily causing property damage. OUR HOMES ARE BEING USED AS A DRAINING SYSTEM!

    Residents of the Woodside Ave neighborhood demand the city take this inquiry seriously and re-engineer the storm drain system on Hill St to divert this water properly so that residential property is NOT used as a natural draining system. Our homes cannot handle this repeated water issue coming from Hill St.

    The sleek salon has multiple girls that are not licensed for hair or lash extensions. They have a 14 year old girl that has no license or certification saying she’s eligible for doing lashes. Same thing with the hair dressers. This former lash tech is ruining peoples lashes including mine, she left me with bald spots and now I’m getting treatment for my lashes from a new LICENSED lash artist. The fellow underage girl that does lashes at sleek salon is also lying about her age. She is telling some people that she is 17 years old when really she is 14.

    Residents of state street STANDING on the RAIL TRAIL where walkers and bike riders are trying to pass on the rail trail. These people DO NOT MOVE out of the way. They blow smoke and other fumes into our faces.
    Was this built for them to stand around smoking?
    I use oxygen and use a mobility scooter. I use the trail to get some sunshine and fresh air. I don't understand why something is not done about this.

    I would like to see more signs on Merriam Ave all the way to Lindell ave. Cat eye reflectors in the center line or maybe a rumble strip. The passenge in the car that caused this is as I'm told paralyzed. I think some thing better needs to be done. I live at 423 Merriam ave. We have had 4 other incidents in the past 20 year. We now have to deal with the aggravation of insurance claims for 2 vehicles and property damage.

    The roadside traffic mirror is missing and presumably fallen off the pole at Litchfield Pines Dr & Litchfield St. It’s very hard to see oncoming traffic if you’re turning on to Litchfield St without it.
