Loud music and screaming after 9 pm Friday 3/29/24

The sidewalk is overgrown and unusable.

Intersection of Merriam and Lindell. Unable to see lane stripping and wording.

Construction being done outside and inside building. Asbestos signs outside. Assuming asbestos inside too, and still having normal workers come into building.

At utility boxes between house #9 and #15 has rusty water flowing from a hole in the grass. It's been a problem since the major flood of Leominster.

Hello to whom it my concern, I am apart of a small homeschool group who visits the splash park frequently. 4 moms from the group have had their kids get sick right after visiting the splash park all exhibiting flu like symptoms lasting 48 hours. This was from the start of June up until July 4th we have had incidents on different weeks. All kids under 5 who will ingest water, even when asked not to, vomiting, fever and diarrhea. Not sure if it is acute toxicity from too much chemicals or a bacterial virus in the park.

An older lady approached me (a young girl) while I was walking to my car at around 6:15 on Friday March 10. She asked me for a ride or spare change for the bus because she claimed her purse was stolen. I ignored her because she seemed sketchy and proceeded to get in my car. I noticed there was a piece of paper on my windshield. It blew away before I could read it. I work in the mall with lots of other young girls and this situation scared me and I want to make sure others feel safe waking to their cars at night.

There has been alot of screaming and yelling around our area tonight. There was a gentleman yelling and wandering down the road.

My girlfriend and I were sitting outside the old paperstore at the plaza, when we noticed a parked vehicle in the middle of the street. The driver looked like she would be turning into the parking spot lanes, but just sat diagonally infront of T.J.Maxx. they sat there for 5 minutes, blocking the flow of traffic, even when honked at. until we walked up, I took pictures and the people inside didn't take kindly to it and flipped me off. I took more pictures and then a picture of the license plate (The picture attached).
