Top floor (apt 5, I think) of 16 Hereford is playing very loud music.

The painted lines on storrow drive inbound in the area from the Longfellow bridge to in front of Mass General are all worn away. They need to be repainted so vehicles can stay in marked lanes

I'm writing to request your help with shoveling of my steps and sidewalk as well as around my car. I have cancer related back injury and can no longer manage the job on my own. Many thanks for your help.

An extremely loud humming and vibrating noise is coming from the Verizon Building at 26 Waverly Street, corner of Perrin Street in Roxbury. It is so loud that with all the windows closed you can still here it and prevents neighbors from sleeping. This a residential neighborhood. It is extremely loud outside. It has been going on for 3 days. Please have someone come out and measure the decibels. It must be above what is legally allowed and something must be done about it. Thank you.

These bike lane white cones need to be removed in the seaport for the winter. The plows can not plow correctly and it is making all the parking spots impossible to park because of the snow pile up because of the snow not being able to be plowed. Please do something

Sidewalks on both sides not open due to construction. All pedestrians walking in street.

Illegally park reservations, this has been going on for days...weeks...this got have to stop, if they want to reserve the spot, go to the city hall pay and get a permit for it.
