    As you enter into the pool area, on the right side there is a missing To what looks like a water or irrigation fitting. This whole is deep and someone could step in it and trip and possibly break their ankle. Especially since there's young kids running around in the area. This needs to be addressed and corrected. Someone has stuffed a basketball into the hole, to Prevent people from tripping but this is not a suitable solution.

    The single street light illuminating the visitor parking has been out for some time. Looks like the light's glass is broken or missing on one side. The light is rather tall and only a few feet away from a grown tree. The light actually extends into the branches of the tree and could have been damaged during a storm. Probably needs to have tree pruned to clear light from being hit by branches.

    Trees in back are overgrown and dangerous. They are a life safety issue and need to be removed. We have had trees fall last night during the storm, muktiplemfell and damaged the deck. The largest tree has a large crack in it and will fall soon if not taken down. It is very dangerous and can cause serious injury if not removed asap.

    I left a message this morning and briefly spoke oath someone who told me to send an email.
