HMS: Common Issues PLUS

Someone left a couch in the area behind my lot. I checked with the county and it is owned by the HOA.

The 2nd house on left as you enter the cul de sac seems to have grass taller then the City Ordinencee allows. I know our HOA has sent noticed to homeowner but it is unsightly.

In the Whittington subdivision in Alpharetta, GA there are large communal postal boxes where individuals get their mail. There are lockable compartments along the bottom of these postal stations where a user can receive packages. The postman places the the package in the compartment and locks it, and the key to the box is placed in the user's regular mail slot. However many of these package boxes locks are damaged. The keys have been broken off inside the lock, rendering the box unusable. In the postal station near me, 4 of the 8 boxes are non-operable thanks to these broken locks. Seems like these locks and keys should be repaired/replaced so that they are all usable again. The boxes with damage are the ones near the pool by Melilot Lane. The other boxes on the property should probably be checked as well. Thank you.

I know that we recently changed lawn services. I was home today and noticed that the lawn service was in the neighborhood for over 4 hours, but did not set foot in my back yard. I do have a gate, but the previous lawn services would come into the gate to take care of the backyard.... should I be leaving the gate open or can they me notified to please service backyard?

The home at 3819 Clearbrooke Way in Riverbrooke Subdivision in Duluth,Ga is installing a wooden fence in violation of 2015 RB - Fence Guidelines - Addendum 2. Fence Style Guideline # 4 in Addendum 2 states that "Framing of fences shall always be on the inside (good side facing out)."

The framing on this fence is facing out toward the surrounding homes which is in violation of the Riverbrooke Subdivision policy on fences.

The water meter/main in front of my driveway appears to be leaking/running. Water is going down the street curb.
PLease have someone fix it.

I have been fined for a bush that is not on my property. The owner previous to the one living in the home used to maintain the bush i was fined for. The house was recently bought and I think the new owner is not aware that the bush is part of his property. in the lawn is a marking showing that the neighbor owns that bush. If you can resolve this issue it would be great, but I can't pay my HMS until this issue is resolved. My name is Victor and any questions give me a call on (404)790-2879

Roof/gutter leak extending into kitchen wall. Issue has become worse with each rain during last 2 weeks. Please address ASAP.

The Stop sign leading out of our street is faded to the point of not being able to see the sign

The outdoor fan is sitting idly outside of my unit and the fan is not spinning. It's pretty crazy hot out right now, and I suspect it had something to do with the caution tape put up around the pole outside of my house a few days ago. Can I please get help figuring this out?

I have called regarding this issue, but unable to reach someone about it. One of the panels on garage door (exterior of door) is almost off door, causing garage door to snap while opening or caused it not to open at all. I mentioned it to neighbor, at was referred to contact HMS. Tried speaking to painters that were repairing and painting garage doors couple months back but was referred to contact HMS regarding this issue.
