It's like walking on a hiking trail - You have to watch very clearly where you walk or you'll twist your ankle. There are huge mud pits and puddles after any sort of weather. For many residents in the area, this is the only access to their driveway. The alley was patched months ago but it made it worse. The hole and height discrepancies are large. THIS ALLEY/ROAD NEEDS TO BE FULLY REPLACED.
