due to North Kansas being closed and newly paved, cars are using the alley as a main road. several times walking out of our business we had to avoid being hit due to speeding cars. do not know a solution other then posting signage for speed and business use.

Big Mattress need to be picked up

This alley is unsafe and dilapidated. It's like walking on a hiking trail - You have to watch very clearly where you walk or you'll twist your ankle. There are huge mud pits and puddles after any sort of weather. For many residents in the area, this is the only access to their driveway. The alley was patched months ago but it made it worse. The hole and height discrepancies are large. THIS ALLEY/ROAD NEEDS TO BE FULLY REPLACED.

Pothole and broken concrete on Curb and concrete apron extending from curb. Location is across the street from this address on east side of street.

This has been full of water for the past 2 months. It doesn't drain. I tried to find a drain and was not successful. It appears to be 4-6" deep at it's deepest. It's disgusting and mosquitos are starting to hatch from it.

Non existent curb allowed vehicle to come up in the yards and potentially hit someone today.

This house had a fire at least 8 months ago. It's still in a dilapidated, trashy state of disrepair. The garage door is left open and trash is strung all about. This is unacceptable. This house needs to be torn down or fixed, NOW. It's attracting homeless people and looks despicable.

Curious if this is city responsibility or home owner. Thank you.

My driveway and into the curve of the intersection

Pot hole at the end of drive in street. Second one forming to south of it. Causing water to back up from runoff that should head for storm drain seen in the picture.

I previously reported this but didn't have photos. we have had employees trip 8n the area between the street and the curb where the asphalt is missing. thank you for the previous repair and please call if you have questions.
