    Gloves and masks all over Jefferson Ave. They are on the road, on the sidewalk, under cars, by the trees. Does City Hall has thought about this when planning for COVID-19 response? Is street cleaning happening? I haven't seen it in weeks

    The sidewalk on Addison Street at the corner with Washington Ave, between Washington and 8 Addison Street, where the church is located, is cracked, with damages and collapsing. Underneath that part of the sidewalk there are rat nests as well. It's very dangerous to walk there, especially for elderly who can trip easily.

    Walk signal button at Crescent Ave and Eastern Ave on the Crescent Ave side does NOT active the walk signal for the crosswalk. There is a daycare nearby that uses that crosswalk to cross Eastern Ave. Please ensure the crosswalk signal buttons are functional. Thank you!

    In August, 2019, new sidewalks and streets were installed on Webster Avenue. Since the work has been done, there are 2 major issues:
    1) The street does not meet the sidewalk(not enough tar). The blacktop street is two inches below where the sidewalk starts
    2) The incline of the sidewalk to the drive way is too steep. This is a substantially steeper incline than what was there prior to the sidewalk/street work.
    ----Number 1 and 2 above make it impossible to pull into either driveway(there is one to the left and right side of the house(203 Webster Ave) without bottoming out and scrapping the bottom of our cars. The street / sidewalk work done is causing damage to our cars now due to these issues. I Do know that our neighbors across the street have also made a complaint.

    During the heavy rain a couple weeks ago, we suspect water was leaking into our home due to this deteriorating city drain/pipe or water access cover. Could you please send someone to inspect this and, at the very least, seal the cover so water does not enter during a storm? Thank you.

    The cover to an Electrical Utility Box is broken and has fallen off.
    The Box is attached to the telephone pole at the entrance to the parking lot, pictured. The broken cover is sitting at the base of the pole. (2nd report)

    Again, still waiting for either something to be done about this or someone to verify that it is indeed legal to park on the sidewalk so I can move my car off the street and onto the sidewalk as well for the winter. Plate MA 7HC941. As an aside, since the city is apparently too lazy to actually do anything, they have a full driveway with absolutely nothing in it, and instead park fully on the sidewalk.
