The street light is sometimes out and sometimes goes on and off all night. Not staying on

This crosswalk is a death trap waiting to happen. The street light is out and the crosswalk is not painted to illuminate. Cars go whizzing by every time I cross. I had to jump out of the way of a car once while crossing with my large breed dog. This is across from the Henry Owens School at the Revere Beach Parkway and Union Street Split in Chelsea.

I was on my (750lb) motorcycle at this light, coming from Prattville crossing 16 over toward Cary Sq. I waited SIX light cycles and I never got a green light. No other cars were behind me or across from me, only on 16. I had to blow the light to get home. Is there a weight sensor there? If so, it doesn’t work.

THIS LIGHT AT THIS ADDRESS 18A EVERETT AVENUE CHELSEA MASS IS NOT WORKING AND HAS BEEN OUT FOR OVER 2 MONTHS CAN YOU PLEASE FIX IT IT'S VERY DARK .

Two streets are non-functional and the street is dark in that area.

In on functional street light on this area of Everett Ave

Light going north on crescent ave at the eastern ave intersection does not turn green when the train passes, however the southbound does turn green. The light continues to be red for at least 7 minutes causing a back up all the way towards the schools park. This includes all the school buses.

Light pole is out at the corner of chestnut and beacon by the off ramp.

Two city lights at 266 Broadway are non functional

When the train signal on Eastern is on it lets cross traffic on Crescent go from one direction (toward the school) but not the other (away from the school). People go on red bc it is annoying and that seems more unsafe than just setting the light to allow cross (but not left turning) traffic. Please??
