    There’s a lot of trash in Normandy Rd in Chelsea neighbor back front and side walks all trash all over wind blows it all over.I have seen Rats raccoons and Coyote ripping open trash bags that neighbors just leave it out of the trash can this is getting out of control . I am also reaching out to the Director of Housing Authority and reporting it.This is a health issue and would like some one from the City of Chelsea to follow up in this BIG issue very concerned for my health .
