    Walking up Boatswain at 8:33 PM on 11/22 and large truck with lots of vehicles exited beacon street ramp. Police at bottom of ramp was playing with his phone and didn’t stop or ticket truck. I have picture of him too. This isn’t the first time I’ve seen this. Why are we paying for officer to be on duty but not doing job?

    The drag racing and loud cars speeding up and down eastern avenue and Spencer avenue are disturbing! It’s an ongoing issue that never seems to go away. Why aren’t the police pulling over speeders?

    There is a need for better pedestrian protections at the intersection of Sagamore and Washington Street. Currently there is nothing other than the crosswalk to let people know that pedestrians are meant to cross in this location and in rainy nighttime conditions people either don't see it or don't care and ignore pedestrians already crossing. The cars coming off of the parkway fly through that intersection with little regard for pedestrians making it a disaster waiting to happen. I have almost been hit twice by people who saw me crossing but swerved onto the wrong side of the road to get around me and the other day I saw a woman get clipped while she was 2/3 of the way through the crosswalk. The person tried to speed up to get around her instead of stopping but then said he "did not see her." It may not completely fix the situation but a flashing crosswalk sign may make drivers more cautious.

    This construction site has failed to safely add construction cones.
    Temporary steel plates lay on both the street and the sidewalk along Williams Street.
    Vehicles recklessly create their own 2nd lane which lays ON the Sidewalk. This is very dangerous as kids travel this sidewalk to catch their school bus/111 bus.

    And the saga continues on Washington Ave. how many times and how long will this continue? Winter is approaching and I can only imagine the amount of accidents that will occur. Even the MBTA buses are joining in on going into the left only lane then cutting over, cutting off cars to go straight. The signage at the washington Ave @ Sagamore & Lash st intersection doesn’t do anything, cars continue to block crosswalks and dead end streets. Anything in the works to get this resolved or do we wait for a fatality????

    The lights at Cary Square are all flashing yellow except one. This makes it dangerous seeing no one actually slows down and waits for cars to pass they just keep going. One side needs to be flashing Red the other Yellow.

    This intersection is substantially more dangerous while half of the Webster underpass is closed. Both lanes on Garfield are attempting to make a left onto Rt. 16 through the oncoming traffic from Webster.

    There should be a detail directing traffic on Rt 16/ Garfield/Webster until the road is open. Alternatively, the light timing should be adjusted so Webster and Garfield do not have green lights at the same time.

    The pedestrian crossing signal button at the corner in front of Dunkin's and across from the Couthouse is STILL not working. It's been over a month since a family of 5 and I waited three light cycles for the OK to cross (which never came) and then we had to make a run for it to cross over to the Courthouse side.
