    As you can clearly see in the picture, there is dirt that has been there for going over a week. This dirt has spilled into the street. As a resident of this street, I would like to politely request that this company not only keep their dirt to their confined limits, but if it spills to the neighboring lot and the street, have the decency to clean up after yourselves. This is disrespectful and rude. We did not ask for your dirt on our lot and it is rather inconvenient and disrespectful to us that you have left this there and have not even considered cleaning up after your mess. You block our sidewalks and make us see and hear every detail of your noisy site while you take pictures and walk away to leave us with this mess. Thank you, city of Chelsea for your attention to this matter. If nothing comes of it, well, we know the reputation this tiny city has for corruption. All the best.

    Graffiti on the Concrete wall under the Tobin Bridge between 2nd St. & Everett Ave. it’s a disgrace and MassDOT should paint over this ASAP it has been like this for way too LONG!!!! MassDOT should inspect all its property in this city and CLEAN IT UP!!!!
