Suspicious Day Care FlyerAcknowledged350 Broadway Chelsea, MA, 02150, USA - ChelseaI saw this on Broadway this afternoon and something didn’t seem right to me. Especially if this is a business, it would’ve mentioned the person’s or business name and location. I just wanted to share this to make sure that people in the city of Chelsea are being safe with their children taken to “daycares” and we don’t know if this person has any certifications or background check.

OtherAcknowledged86 Garland St Chelsea 02150, United States - ChelseaCorner of Franklin Street and Harvard Street water main is leading underground and bubbling up through crack in pavement. This has been going on for over a year. You can see the wet spot on the pavement by the blue house. When you get close to it you can see water bubbling up through crack and running down hill. There is also a huge ice problem when the temperatures support freezing causing traction issues. Our water pressure on Garland street has steadily been declining and I am guessing that this water main leak might be related to loss of pressure up the hill.

Broadway Construction Acknowledged878 Broadway Chelsea, MA, 02150, USA - Chelsea
Hello,
I understand there is ongoing construction on Broadway until the middle of October. My understanding is that the work is permitted between 7 am and 5pm. I am constantly being woken up as early as 4:30 am by construction trucks stalling in front of my property and drilling. Additionally not being able to enter my driveway between 5:45pm and 6:30 pm when I get home in the evenings. On a day like today when it’s pouring rain it’s unacceptable that I’ll have to park 3 streets away from my home due to construction. Please advise as to what relief residents can expect as well as clarify that the construction times of 7am to 5pm daily are accurate. This is ridiculous.
