    Can the city outreach to the construction company in charge of the project on Williams Street? A temp boundary of road and sidewalk is needed!!!

    Metal plates were laid down which not only covers the road but also half of the SIDEWALK. Many idiot drivers end up driving on the sidewalk or park on the plates taking up the entire sidewalk. Just now this moron in the mini van was trying to take a right onto Chestnut Street and was on the sidewalk nearly hitting me and my dog.

    LOUD Motorcycles AGAIN! These motorcycles ruin what other would be a peaceful existence in Chelsea. We gotta stop from contact with fellow neighbors. If a motorcycle is seen numerous routes in neighborhood - then they ain’t following rules.

    I thought the city had requested all construction be halted and masks be worn outside at all times? This is a residential property, not a hotel or public works project.

    Street work was just complete on Woodlawn Ave. The street does not line up with the driveway openings. This is going to cause issues with snow removal. It is also a tripping hazard. There are several driveways on the street with this issue.

    There has been construction literally every night the past 5 months on Williams street. The noise all throughout the night is unbelievable. We have a newborn that is woken up constantly throughout the night due to the incessant trucks and jackhammering coming from the site at all hours of the night. Every single night. Give me a break please. It’s 3 am and I can’t even believe this. Please stop. It’s inhumane.

    sidewalks are uneven and dangerous and have been this way for years. Wheelchair residents of Mill Creek are forced to enter the unsafe road in order to get around. something has to be done!

    This business took out all the flashing neon lights in the window that were on all night, but they have replaced it with a flashing sign that says “open” and another that streams messages across the front. These are also left on ALL NIGHT and shine into my window. The most confusing thing though? Since I’ve lived here the business has never actually been open. I have tried to enter multiple times and the door is always locked, despite the recent addition of the “open” sign that is on all night.

    The dirt hill at 62-64 Hooper Street is eroding by the water flowing down the hill and depositing soil on the lower end of Hooper Street. A path is being cut thru the hill and the soil is washing down to the neighbors property below. Also the soil is washing out under my fence and is in danger of falling. We would like something done to prevent the hill from washing away and my fence from falling.
