There is no pedestrian signal head on the SE corner of Pearl and Marginal/Williams.

Is the gas co returning to pave our streets as they were before they dug them up ? Our streets and sidewalks were recently paved and looked beautiful now.they are an eye sore with black patches of hard top ?

Dog Abuse - dog barking all day . When it see children it barks when it sees any people it barks.
It must be alone all day. For last 3 days

This was reported to me by a parent in Pediatrics at MGH/Chelsea. She has a 5 y.o. daughter with severe autism. She needs to know that the gate will stay locked in a park b/c her daughter quickly darts out the gate and into traffic. She reported that the lock was not working. Thank you so much. The lights are out in the park on Tremont Street it’s very dark at night and it’s not safe This is the dog park on Tremont Street

May a lamppost be installed on the corner of Vila and Crescent, if there is not one already? Otherwise, please can a lightbulb be installed? Thank you!

Construction dumpster is now blocking half of Hawthorne Court Street next to community garden. Construction company was wearied multiple times not to do this and now half of the active roadway is blocked forcing cars to drive in the dirt. Please send CPD and ISD over immediately to clear. I realize this block is at the bottom of our City Managers priority list, but it is near Eastern Mineral so maybe he may care a little more.

Car parked after the Stop sign. Makes it hard for 2 people to come up/down the hill.

This hydrant at 149 marlborough st is on the middle of the sidewalk is blocking a handicap person with a wheelchair or a mother with a stroller can not go on this sidewalk please look in to this and remove this hydrant, thanks.
